Best price guarantee :
We believe in providing the fairest price possible. We’re able to offer prices that have no hidden fees and are the best on the market – guaranteed.
We’re so confident in our prices that we’ll refund the difference of any competing offer (with the same services and accommodation) that you may find. If you think you’ve found a better offer, we’d love to know about it! Send us an email to [email protected] and we’ll take a look at the claim without hesitation.
Because of the nature of individual travel it’s important you consider the following when making the comparison :
- Are the hotel and room type the same ?
- Is it the same guide throughout the trip or local guides, changing in each destination ?
- Which language is the tour in?
- Are the transfers with private drivers, transport mix ?
- If you’re taking a group tour, is the number of participants equal ?
- Are the terms and conditions, cancellation policy and currency identical ?
CONDITIONS :
The best price guarantee can be claimed one week after sending the booking confirmation to us and verifying a down payment. The best price guarantee applies to the total price of the booked trip, including all taxes and fees. It excludes discounts and other promotional offers.
If the claim is found to be correct you will receive confirmation and the difference paid back to you once your booking is paid for. If your trip is canceled the claim will be void. If the claim is found to be incorrect you will be informed immediately with the full details of the reasons for it being voided.
We reserve the right to change the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
IF I NEED A VISA, CAN MOROCCO MEANDER HELP ME ?
Each citizen and country Have different requirements for travelers and Morocco Meander are usually not equipped to provide official documents such as visas. In case of doubt, we strongly recommend that you contact the Moroccan embassy in your country and ask about visa requirements prior to confirming your booking. Please note that not getting a visa once the booking has been confirmed does not constitute a sufficient ground to waive the cancellation policy.
TRAVEL INSURANCE :
Please ensure that you have taken out adequate and valid travel insurance for your trip with us. This should include covering loss, expenses, damages occurred as a result of loss, accidents, injury, illness and death, medical expenses, including those related to pre-existing conditions, emergency repatriation and personal liability.
We also advise you to have insurance covering the loss of personal items, delayed or cancelled flights, lost luggage, lost or stolen money.
All types of insurance are your responsibility and we assume that you will cover yourselves as set out above.
ALTERATION & CANCELLATION :
What happens if I need to alter my trip? | If I need to cancel my trip?
We’re sorry that after carefully planning your dream trip you now have some expected changes .
Before you cancel your dream trip, we strongly encourage you to reach us out and see if it could not be simply altered; if your dates are flexible for instance, you might be able to find a great solution to avoid a complete cancelation.
- If however you do need to cancel, then all our local team apply the same policy. The breakdown is as follows :
- Up to 20 days before the trip start date, a cancellation fee equal to the previously agreed down payment or equal to 20% applies
- From 10 to 20 days before the trip start date, 30% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable
- From 6 to 10 days before the trip start date, 60% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable
- And 5 days or less before the trip start date, 90% of the total price of the trip is non-refundable
ASSISTANCE & TIPS :
What about tips and gratuities?
Tips and gratuities are not included in the total and final price of your trip. Tipping is never required but may be a local custom, and recognizing excellent service is always a great idea. We do encourage you to tip if you are happy with the local services you receive. If you would like to know more about tipping at your destination, we recommend that you briefly research this issue or even simply ask your Expert Guide in the Trip!
What happens if I need further assistance during my trip?
At Morocco Meander we want you to feel safe and relaxed before and during your trip. We recommend you to discuss any specific concerns you might have with us during the booking process. Once you are ready to travel, you will receive a 24 hour emergency contact phone number for our Expert Guide.
