Welcome to Morocco Meander. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.moroccomeander.com and any travel services, tours, or related activities (collectively referred to as the “Services”) offered by Morocco Meander, a licensed travel company owned and operated by Ismail and Mustapha Eljallali, based in Marrakech, Morocco.
By booking a tour, accessing, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

2. Booking and payment
- To confirm your booking, a deposit (typically 25% of the total tour cost) is required unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the tour or on arrival, as agreed.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified by Morocco Meander.
- All prices are quoted in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.
3. Cancellations and refunds
By the traveler:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to in**@************er.com.
- Deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the tour start date, minus any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as hotel reservations or domestic flights).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure may incur partial or full charges depending on supplier policies.
By Morocco Meander:
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, insufficient participants). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date, itinerary, or a full refund.

- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in the tour.
- Please inform us of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility concerns at the time of booking.
