Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by You

We strive to offer flexibility with your bookings. If you need to cancel or modify your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

A. Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Departure

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before your scheduled departure, we will issue a full refund, minus a small administrative fee of 10%.

B. Cancellations Between 15 and 30 Days Before Departure

If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before your scheduled departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.

C. Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Departure

If you cancel your booking less than 15 days before departure, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund. However, you may be able to reschedule your tour (subject to availability) for an additional fee.

D. No Show / Last-Minute Cancellation

If you do not show up for your scheduled tour or cancel at the last minute (on the day of the tour), no refund will be issued. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to avoid unnecessary charges.

2. Cancellation by Us

While we do everything we can to ensure your tour proceeds as planned, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can lead to changes or cancellations. If we need to cancel or reschedule your tour for reasons beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or other events that may affect safety), we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible.
• Offer a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to reschedule your tour at a later date.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for booking. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The administrative fee (if applicable) will be deducted before issuing the refund.

4. Modifications to Your Booking

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change the date of your tour or swap a tour package), please contact us at least 30 days before your scheduled departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but additional fees may apply.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that personal situations may arise that require flexibility. If you have special circumstances (such as medical emergencies or unforeseen travel issues), please contact us, and we will try to offer a solution that works for you. Proof of circumstances may be required.

6. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events, such as severe weather, political unrest, strikes, or other unavoidable events, Morocco Meander Agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours without refund. In such cases, we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or delays. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in case you need to cancel for covered reasons such as illness, emergencies, or other unexpected situations.
