The route follows the Draa River Valley (the Draa is Morocco’s longest river, surrounded by beautiful palm oases & historical kasbahs) to reach the end of the tarmac road at M’hamid El Ghizlane. From M’hamid, drive off-road for two hours to arrive at the Sahara desert camp with chance to freshen up in your tent and take a shower if needed. Watch the sunset from a beautiful spot in the dunes.
